Azure and Workday Integration Developer/Architect

TwoConnect is seeking to hire a full-time Workday & Azure Integration Developer/Architect to add to our award-winning Microsoft cloud integration team. BizTalk experience is a plus but not necessary.

TwoConnect projects are typically led, managed, and deployed by our integration architects. This means that you have the flexibility and freedom as the main project manager, main development lead, and main customer contact to manage the project as you see fit. You must use your agile-based software development experience to architect, develop and implement Workday and Azure solutions and manage the entire software development lifecycle.

Duties:

• As the Integration Solutions architect you must utilize your communication, analytical skills and problem solving skills to manage the technical relationship with the customer.
• Review in-depth business requirements and develop technical solution proposals, functional requirements, and technical documentation relating to Workday, BizTalk & Azure Solutions.
• Apply your agile, scrum development skills to manage the entire Software development lifecycle utilizing Microsoft Team Foundation Service.
• Guarantee the provision of quality project deliverables according to all specified requirements including specified timelines and customer requests.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure IPaaS.
• Responsible for developing integration solutions for Workday.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, develop and test prototypes and proactively maintain integrations once in production.
• Designs, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for Workday.
• Troubleshoot integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution.
• Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timelines are met.
• Provide guidance to business, IT or service partners on integration strategies.
• Contribute to the end users’ experience with Workday’s integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
• Lead project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of their implementation projects.
• Mentor development team on best practices regarding Workday integrations and solutions.
