Brightree has used BizTalk for many years to help them ensure that automated processes and application integration ran smoothly to support their hundreds of clients and vendors. With their growing business, Brightree realized an upgrade from an older version of BizTalk was necessary to support their needs; however, they did not have the resident experts on staff to manage the upgrade and migration.
Solution
To complete the upgrade to a more recent version of BizTalk Server, TwoConnect consultants were brought in to provide the expertise and knowledge that was needed for both the upgrade and a migration of two large applications supporting hundreds of clients and vendors. TwoConnect installed and configured Brightree’s lower environments and then guided their entire team through the production environments, giving them the knowledge and skills to move forward. With the upgrade completed on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly, TwoConnect also provided detailed documentation for future reference.
