With the scope defined, each environment from development through test is upgraded to contain independent BizTalk Groups with 2020 servers, allowing for high availability so that business goals are achieved without interruption. Staging and Production environments may include one BizTalk 360 server each. Multi-server BizTalk environments are architected using Windows Failover Clustering and Microsoft SQL Server High Availability Group technologies.

Versions of Visual Studio and BizTalk development tools are installed on the required development virtual machines. Azure DevOps Services is configured for Build and Deployment automation.
